The Conference Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, deny, cancel, revoke, or terminate any registration, admission, attendance, or participation at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Conference Organizer may refuse or revoke registration or admission for reasons including, but not limited to, failure to comply with conference policies, disruptive or inappropriate conduct, safety or security concerns, provision of false or misleading information, conflicts of interest, or any other reason the Conference Organizer determines may adversely affect the conference, its participants, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, or operations.

Any refund, if applicable, shall be provided in accordance with the conference’s cancellation and refund policy. The Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, damages, or losses incurred as a result of such refusal, denial, cancellation, revocation, or termination.
